What is your shipping policy?
All domestic parcels are sent via Australia Post. Parcels up to 500g (including packaging) are charged at $8.95 for regular post, or $11.95 for express post. International orders are welcome! Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchasing.
Please note that orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Express Post only refers to the shipping method. We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible, and most parcels are shipped within 3 business days.
Do you create custom sprinkle mixes?
We sure do! Just email us with your preferred colour palette, and we'll create something just for you. We stock a large range of colours, shapes and sizes so our turnaround time is usually only a couple of days.
What is a sprinkle subscription?
Everyone loves sprinkle mail, right? On the 1st of each month, we'll send you out a pack of sprinkles for you to enjoy. Six month subscriptions are available, and we'll be in touch before it expires to ensure you'll never run out of sprinkles again!
How do I order wholesale?
If you own a business and you'd love to stock our sprinkles, we'd love to hear from you! We offer bulk packs as well as our signature 100ml bottles. Please contact us to discuss our wholesale terms.
Do you cater for dietary requirements or allergies?
Our sprinkles are mixed in an environment that may contain traces of nuts, seeds, eggs, gluten, fish and other allergens. Unfortunately we are unable to provide allergy-friendly options.
What is your returns policy?
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on food items, unless there is a defect or the item is not as described. Please contact us should there be any issues with your order.
